The part of the basement that was leaking now has a sump pump installed with waterproofing on the walls. It only took them 7 hours, but cost me much mullah! Glad it's done. We will be moving on to taking out another part of a wall and some of the floor next. Oh goody, more dust.

7 hours...WOW!! I'm so impressed with all of your home renovations. That's such hard work!! It will be so nice to have the basement finished!
