Women in the Kitchen: Vesper Guest Night

Every year our church ladies make noodles and peppernuts for the MCC Sale. Most of you just went, "What?" You all know what noodles are, and yes, people still make them. Peppernuts are a very small, like the size of the tip of your pinky, cookie flavored with anise. Click on the link to see more about the MCC Sale.

I don't want to bore you with a lot of details, so here are some pictures of the evening:

Mixing up the noodle dough. We went through over 7 dozen eggs and 15 lbs of flour. That's my grandmother, Ella. She will be 88 in April:
