Today it snowed about 4-5 inches with drifts up to 4 feet. Of course both of my kids came down with colds yesterday, so we can't go out and play in it. Landon will soon start with asthma, so we will begin albuterol breathing treatments this afternoon. (Be thankful if you don't know what this is.)
To beat the winter blahs go to www.familyfun.com and search for "beat the blahs", they have some neat ideas for kids. We built a cardboard box skyscraper today. Landon has his play army men hiding out in it. It provided a distraction for a few minutes, anyway.
